Service and Repair

Primarily the Service Centre function is the diagnosis and repair of products, but also includes a number of activities that aid and assist our customers.

Product Repair

  • Chargeable (Fixed Price) or Warranty Repair

  • Premium Repair – priority repair

  • Service Express – web order guarantees a 3 day turnaround - click to book now

  • Standard Repair – is allocated the next available time slot

  • All repairs are fully tested on Production Test Equipment or undergo a comprehensive bench test

  • A 12 month warranty on the whole unit, not just the repaired part.

  • Refurbished Products

  • Built and tested to customer specifications.

  • 12 month warranty

  • Mandatory Modifications

Repair and Support Services

Any product returned for repair will receive Product Service Improvements as part of the repair process unless requested otherwise.

  • Hardware Upgrades

  • Software Upgrades ( plus product configuration )

  • Calibration

  • Supply of Spare Parts

  • Service Centre

The prime objective of the Service Centre is to provide support and help to our customers on a variety of product related issues, both current products and obsolete.
