The mission of the Global Services organisation is to:

Deliver responsive and efficient global services to customers in our vertical markets to support the business

Develop innovative services to these customers to reinforce our competitive advantage and grow a profitable Service activity worldwide.
The Service business is made up of the support activity, the spares & repair activity and the services activity.
The support activity is provided through our technical helpdesks, our repair centres and our field services technicians. This requires from the services technicians an extensive knowledge of the products and solutions together with good market knowledge and a dedication to solve our customers issue in the most effective way. A key quality required is Integrity.
The repair activity is performed through repair centres in EMEA (UK, France and Germany), USA and APAC (India). The repair teams are made up of administrators and technicians and their target is to provide a high quality and responsive service to our customers around the world with a turnaround time for repaired equipment of less than 3 days. This key service enables Eurotherm to differentiate itself from the competition.
The field service activities include calibration, validation, on site technical assistance, commissioning and installation, and also solution jobs that fall within Services.
